Born out of their experimental Projects Program, Ginger Beer Cask returns and it’s ready to drink your way. For their sixth batched release their distillers took their Melbourne-made and juicy single malt whisky and finished it in casks that held their distillery brewed ginger beer. Loaded with ginger and citrus peel, it leads with fire and spice.
Aromatically you’re hit with dark chocolate and orange. The influence of both the Apera (fortified wine) and red wine barrel maturation shines through. They have been left with a truly unique expression of Ginger Beer Cask, unlike any that has gone before.
