DELIXIR ® in its green label is the Premium artisanal Pisco Mosto Verde made exclusively from the distillation of wine from the aromatic “Italia Grape”, which in this case is incompletely fermented Must( Interrupted fermentation) and using methods that maintain the traditional principle of product quality.
It takes approximately 2 to 3 years of rest in inox tanks and 16 kilos of grapes to produce 1 liter of finest Delixir Mosto Verde.
Tasting notes:
Intense and fine fruity aromas of grape, pineapple and grapefruit. On the palate it is soft and friendly with a tropical fruit flavor and a sweetness that is finely balanced, providing harmony and generous warmth.
