The nose on this English single malt beckons with sweet cereal aromas. It's gentle on the palate, with a grain-forward flavor balanced by notes of vanilla, oak, nuts, and honeysuckle. It's easy to like and is a strong showing for a relatively new whisky brand. It's worth picking up now but also bodes well for future Cotswolds releases.
