Old Grand Dad Bonded (Bottled in Bond) is the product of one distillery and one distiller in a single season, aged in a federally bonded warehouse under U.S government supervision for at least 4 years and bottled at exactly 100 proof.
It is a high rye bourbon with a mashbill of 63% Corn, 27% Rye, 10% Malted Barley.
Taste shows some sweet vanilla, but the peppery spiciness displayed by notes of cloves and cinnamon are more evident.
Long and spicy finish.
